Established in 2018 as ProBid, Kaleido was born from our founder's extensive experience in major project estimation and risk analysis. We began by providing expert business case development, risk analysis, and cost management services for major projects, quickly becoming trusted advisors.

As we evolved, we expanded our leadership and capabilities, rebranding as Kaleido to reflect our dynamic approach to project delivery. The name "Kaleido" symbolises our philosophy of uniting diverse project complexity of variables into a cohesive system, much like a kaleidoscope's ever-changing patterns.

Today, our dynamic team combines decades of broad-ranging domain expertise on capital project investments worth tens of billions of pounds across defence, nuclear, construction, and infrastructure. His systems engineering background, paired with an MBA in Technology Management, strengthens his ability to lead strategic approaches for technology adoption in complex projects.

Robert Butler

Jake Williams

Rob's experience spans nuclear, engineering, and technology consultancy. He excels in creating and deploying integrated control and portfolio management systems. With expertise in project leadership, and data science, Rob also develops custom GenAI solutions, making him a valuable asset in advancing project management and control capabilities.

Jake is a distinguished project controls and project data professional with extensive experience on major UK infrastructure programmes. With an MEng in Aerospace Engineering, he combines a strong technical background with expertise in risk analysis and the application of graph databases and AI to project management, equipping him with next-generation skills.
