The Missing Discipline - Decision Intelligence on Complex Infrastructure Projects

Infrastructure delivery has never been more sophisticated — and yet the decisions that determine whether a programme succeeds or fails remain largely unmanaged. This article argues that decision making is not a byproduct of good governance or a function of individual judgement: it is a discipline in its own right, one that can be designed, embedded, and continuously improved within existing ways of working.
